Class Teacher (Master’s degree and above)
1.Cherish deep love for education, students and learning; cherish deep love for China and the Chinese language, culture and tradition;
2.Be willing to guide the student’s lives and assume temporary custodial responsibilities;
3.Adhere to student-centered teaching and provide enough individualized teaching;
4.Be willing to co-create a positive school culture with other colleagues and develop high-quality extension courses;
5.Take an active role in curriculum planning, coordinate with other teachers to develop and implement school-based curriculum and teaching projects.
6.Take the initiative to provide students with suggestions and guidance on their learning and life.
7.Be able to readily accept teacher training and improve professional ability on a constant basis
For the non-2022 university graduates: former winner of the 1st prize of the Basic Skill Competition for Teachers or the Subject Quality Course Evaluation at or above the district & county (city) level, or rated as the subject leader at or above the district & county (city) level, promising young teacher at or above the district & county (city) level, outstanding teacher at or above the district & county (city) level; or those who still works at the teaching post with 3 years of experience or above; for the promising young teachers at or above the prefecture-level and the 1st prize winner of quality course at or above the prefecture-level, restrictions on working years can be duly relaxed.
For the 2022 university graduates (to graduate before July 31, 2022 and obtain a full-time academic degree)
1.A Master’s degree or above, from full-time universities
2.Undergraduates (up to one of the following criteria)
A Bachelor or above from the national “Double World-class” universities
A Bachelor or above from Zhejiang Province key construction universities, full-time major in normal subjects
A Bachelor or above majoring in normal subjects in full-time university and winner of 3rd prize or above in teaching skills competition for normal students held by education administration departments of provincial level or above
A Bachelor or above from full-time university and winner of honorary title of University Outstanding Graduate at the university level or above (University Merit Student, Outstanding Student Leader, Outstanding Youth League Leader), or winner of second-class scholarship or above twice or more times (scholarship program covering all students), or with a comprehensive score ranking in the top 30% of the university.
